They helped me and like a dummy I showed up with only credit card? Long story short they fixed my issue and charged 40$ .told me to come pay when I had cash .now this was in the back parts counter .but I want to say they saved my a$$

I have been dealing with Southern Hydraulics for over 20 years. One of the best cylinder companies around - great products, great service - friendly people. On numerous occasions, we have needed a quick-turn-around on a cylinder and they have always came thru in a timely manner. The few times that we have had issues - and they will happen in 20 years - they have always made it right and were very professional. Even though I'm not longer an employee here anymore, and may have issues with the way some things are done as far as firing procedures go, they are a great company that does there all to make sure the customer is always satisfied! Still a great company
