The location is close to the highway and many other places. I’m hoping more 1 bedrooms to open by February 2026 so I can apply but I have a few friends that live here and they rave about how great Trevi Village is.

5 Stars – A Wonderful Place to Call Home! Living at The Villas at Trevi Village has been an amazing experience! From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt completely at home thanks to the incredible management team Erin and Kelly are truly the heart of this community. They are not only professional and responsive, but also genuinely kind and caring. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with a smile. You can tell they truly care about the residents and the quality of life here. One of the things I appreciate most is how safe and peaceful the neighborhood feels. Whether I'm taking a walk in the evening or coming home late from work, there's always a sense of security and comfort. It’s a community where you can truly relax and feel at ease. The amenities are also a huge plus! The pool area is clean, well-maintained, and perfect for those hot Carolina summers. The gym is modern and never too crowded, great for getting a quick workout in without leaving home. And having private garages is such a game-changer, super convenient and gives that added sense of security and privacy. If you're looking for a beautiful, safe, and well-managed community in Charlotte, I highly recommend The Villas at Trevi Village. Erin and Kelly go above and beyond, and it really makes all the difference.
